Dear Valued Patients,

We are writing you at this time to inform you of certain enhancements we have made and are implementing for your medical care at VIP Primary Care Associates:

Access to your medical records for you or your doctors out of state, wherever you are. You simply need to answer our invitation to "Join Relay Health" and enter your name with a password (which you need to store in a safe place) and you're in. We can reciprocally send messages to each other using this system. We need to update this with your most recent labs, last Wellness Exam, EKG, medications, and allergies. More information can go in at a later date. Enclosed is an instruction card with the information for you to enter into Relay Health.
National Reciprocity Network: We are working on creating the capability for you to see another VIP/concierge doctor in many areas of the United States through the American Association of Private Physicians. Once fully implemented, you can either call me or we can direct you to the website for AAPP to find a doctor in the city you are visiting. This will allow you to obtain "VIP service" in many areas of the country and we will, likewise, see the patients referred to us by other doctors on this same basis.
We are closing our panel of new patients at 350 total VIP patients and will only replace those who leave us for any reason from a waiting list. Most concierge practices at our price point have a much higher target than we are setting. This allows us to give each and every one of you the very best in personalized healthcare.
Dr. Briskin is available for housecalls when appropriate.
Dr. Briskin will see or arrange for you to see a doctor for a relative visiting from out of town.
We are raising our rates based on these enhancements to $1850 per patient and $3600 per couple as of January 1, 2012. We are doing this due to our commitment to making VIP this very best Concierge Medical Service anywhere and keeping down the total number of patients which we see, and to defray some of the cost of making these enhancements in our service.
